Our Pet Policy
At Leavenworth Haus, we're not just pet-friendly, we LOVE pets and show it by providing a fenced-in pet exercise area, always having treats in the office and hosting frequent Yappy Hours, an event for dogs and their owners to socialize, take pics in a photo booth, eat snacks and get beautified by the visiting dog groomer.
One-Time Pet Fee: $300 (per pet)
Pet Deposit: $300
Monthly Pet Rent: $50 (per pet)
Pet Limit: 3 Allowed

Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.
Income: Income verification is required during the application process.
